Not Worth the Risk
No owner of semi trucks, whether they are a large company or an independent contractor, should make the mistake of not using secure trailer parking. Stealing cargo is big business for thieves, and getting bigger all of the time. An unprotected trailer is just an invitation to them. This is true even if the trailer is empty, but if it is full of hundreds or even thousands of dollars worth of supplies it is even more critical. Don’t hand your livelihood over to unscrupulous crooks by parking your trailer on the street or in just any parking lot. It is simply not worth the risk.
