Supplementing Income by Home Flipping
When my sister and brother-in-law purchased a very run-down old farmhouse, they decided to fix it up themselves. My sister even quit her job to devote all her time to restoring their home. Once it was finished, she started thinking about working again and realized how much she had enjoyed the process of restoring and repairing an old house. So she and her husband decided to try their hands at home flipping. There are a lot of old houses in the area where they live, and many of them have been neglected for years. My sister and her husband bought their first fixer-upper last month and are really enjoying the repair work.
