Monday, September 21st, 2009If you want to learn the essentials of how to reach your maximum vertical jump, learn what to eat to improve your strength and put your body into a muscle building mode, the Jump Manual is for you. I’ve been coaching for a few seasons now and have seen several of my kids improve their all around physical strength and endurance as well as their vertical jump while using this system. Based on their results from what I have seen, I’d highly recommend it for any athlete out there. There might be other programs out there but none that I’ve seen have as much of an impact.
