You want a professional trader with an excellent, proven trading performance record. He has to be flexible and ready to adapt to changing markets, provide good service and in-depth analysis. Transparency is a plus and so is consistent profits over the long haul. Knowing what your getting into and how your trader professional works helps you to prepare for anything.
