I Want to Tone My Arms as Part of My Pysical Fitness Therapy
After my accident, I had a very long recuperative period, during which I could not move around much at all. Now that I am upright in my wheelchair, I want to at least start working on strengthening my upper body. The physical therapist recommended some of her best arm toning exercises to help get me started. She said that as my muscles grew stronger, I would feel more energetic. I could also control my weight gain a bit more because I would be expending more energy. That works for me. I hope someday to walk again, but in the meantime I will work on the top half and get my self looking as good as I can.
