Snoring is more than likely caused by many circumstances. There are things you can try to stop snoring like snore aids. If you are carrying too much weight then this can cause you to start snoring. Your extra neck weight will put pressure on your neck which chokes your air passage which introduces snoring. If you smoke cigars then you will probably have snoring complications. Being asleep staring at the top of the room can become to snoring. When you doze on your back facing up at the ceiling your tounge will intermittently fall backwards and sparsely clog your air passage. This activity prompts to snoring. Becoming a senior can also convert to snoring because as you become older your larynx becomes more slender. Medication you swallow to get some sleep can induce snoring because they tranquilize your neck muscles which may prompt a confining of your fauces.
