The Final Two
There are a few different programs of loosing weight I have seen commercials for. I just do not know which ones work. Everyone says their program is better and that it works. But goodness it’s just so costly. I haven’t decided which one to actually choose from between nutrisystem vs medifast. It is not difficult to choose at the moment, since I have already narrowed the list down from Jenny Craig, Smart Life and about 7 others. Now I just need to choose my final two, and make an action plan to stick with it until I reach my goal and a couple months thereafter.
