Where to Place the Thing
Whenever I go to the doctor,I’m always cringing when I see the blood pressure cuff come out. Itdoesn’t hurt but its mildly uncomfortable. The good part is thatits over rather quickly. I wanted to be able to check my pressurefrom home, so I looked for the best blood pressure monitors that Icould find online and I was shocked to find that the arm cuff is notthe only model out there. There are plenty of quality devices thattake your pressure from not only your arm, but there is a wrist cuffmodel as well. I tried one and found that its just asuncomfortable.
