Telling My Friend to Use a Mediator
My friend is a pretty smart guy, but just like everyone else he needs a little guidance sometimes. He was at my house today telling me about a little dispute he was having with his neighbor about where the property line is. He told me how he didn’t want to take his neighbor to court, because it would cost a lot to do that. I told him to find a scottsdale mediator to help solve the problem. He asked me to tell him more, and I told him that they are much cheaper and more confidential than court hearings. I think he’s going to take my advice.
