What Is A Will Executor
When someone wants to name you as their will executor they are telling you that they trust in your integrity to ensure their last wishes are cared out exactly as they want them to be. Even though I know what a challenging thing it can be to be an executor I am always honored to be thought of as just the right person to be trusted to ensure things are followed through on. If you are ever asked to act in this capacity take some advice and ask the person that is asking this of you to make and keep updated a master list of where to locate anything mentioned in their will. It is a good idea to update the list at least once a year after it is first made and it should be kept with the will so you will have the list and the will to make the job just a little easier.
