How to Apply for Free Government College Grants
When you apply for free government college grants you may become overwhelmed by the paperwork involved. The people that provide the Pell Grant are often looking for students with special circumstances that need the federal funding before everyone else. Although it is a good idea to apply for federal aid early in the year, this does not guarantee that you will receive the full amount of the grant itself. People that are in special circumstances such as single mothers or students that come from low income homes will be first in line to receive free federal aid. This does not mean you should not apply as most people receive some money from the federal stimulus package.
