Multiple interpretations of the Holy Bible
One thing that drives me nuts is when people of other faiths don’t recognize that there are multiples ways to interpret The Bible, The Bible does not interpret itself as they suggest, and that if The Bible were so simple to understand, there wouldn’t be so many different faiths. But worst of all is that not only do they deny Mormons the right to understand certain verses in a different way – they also have the nerve to interpret the book of mormon for us and tell us what we should believe based on their interpretation. I couldn’t believe it when this pastor was telling me we should believe in one thing or another because he thought the Book of Mormon said so.
