Putting Together a Presentation
When I got home from the office the other night, I had a message on my answering machine, and it was from my secretary. I listened to it, and found that we were going to be having a performance management meeting later in the week, and our boss would want to know just how we have been changing strategies to make sure that our business goals are being met in an efficient and effective manner. I knew that I would have to put quite a presentation together, since I was the head of one of the entire departments. I made a few calls.
