Excellent customer service
I had never heard of the place that we got our car rental in auckland before. It turns out that they are the largest, independent car rental company in New Zealand, and I can now see why. Not only was our car in tiptop condition, but we couldn’t get over how nice everyone was that worked there. They were the type of people that you would want to be friends with. They were very genuine and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our rental and to make sure that we had everything that we needed. They even gave us a free road map, and offered to draw out the best route that we should take. Our car was awesome. It had air conditioning, power steering and it was very comfortable to drive in.
